The chat button at the bottom right of every page answers questions about uploading, how plans are counted and how to get a trial. When the assistant can't help, it asks for your contact details and a person follows up.
Email support
If a job fails, a number doesn't add up, or you'd like us to look at a particular drawing set, send the job ID along. Every job keeps a complete execution record, so we can see exactly what happened. We don't offer phone support at the moment.
Free trial
Create an account, then email us (or use the chat) with your login account. Support activates a trial quota and you can start uploading.
